Two months after opening, in March 2018, we were asked to participate in the French TV show "LA MEILLEURE BOULANGERIE DE FRANCE" (The best bakery in France), which aired on August 27th 2018, on the French TV channel M6.
Knowing that there are more than 68 000 bakeries in France, it’s a chance !
Our bakery is the Tatup 2.0. It’s the second step of Tatup 1.0, the 22 months journey across the globe.
Meeting with Norbert Tarayre and Bruno Cormerais was a unique experience, considering we only had 2 months worth of experience, when the shooting happened on March 13th 2018.
The experience gave us the opportunity to meet and bond with colleagues, especially the opposing team of our episode, Henry Pierre and Patricia. Henry Pierre et Patricia, situés à La Chapelle du Châtelard !
It was also a way for us to get validation from renowned professional such as Norbert -a famous French Chef- and Bruno who is "Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Bakery", a rare and prestigious title for artisans.
